Toast the best of Ottawa’s hospitality community at this fun and memorable pre-gala reception featuring food from Savour Ottawa, Chef of the Year 2009 and Algonquin College. Enjoy locally brewed lagers from local brewers. The mouth-watering menu for the gala will include these showcase food stations:
- Absinthe
- Atelier
- Black Cat Bistro
- Wellington Gastropub
- Westin Ottawa
Each dish will be paired with wines provided by the Wine Council of Ontario.
